Magadheera's Entry to Bollywood, Access Denied in Kodambakkam

Though it’s been a heavy competition for acquiring dubbing and remake rights of ‘Magadheera’ in Kollywood, its Hindi film industry winning the race now.

Producer Allu Aravind and Madhu have been sharing a wonderful rapport ever since they came together for Bollywood’s tremendous blockbuster ‘Ghajini’. Following this huge success, Allu Arjun started produced a remarkable Telugu movie titled ‘Magadheera’ that grossed with big collections. Sooner, there was a big competition between many producers and distributors over here. Finally, it was heard that Kalaipuli S Dhanu has acquired the dubbing rights and had plans of shooting some additional sequences with Ram Charan Teja and Vivek while K. Bhagyaraj was signed to write the dialogues.

But the proceeding was halted halfway due to Ram Charan Teja’s busy schedules… Now Allu Aravind has sold the Hindi remake rights to Madhu that will be directed by SS Rajamouli himself. Ranbir Kapoor has been signed for the lead role while the much talked about actress Katrina Kaif will play the heroine’s role.

Initially, buzzes were that it would be a double-hero subject as Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan were on talks. But now the producers have signed Ranbir and Katrina and the story will revolve around Mughal Empire and the present age period.
