Nagarjuna has always found a great market in Tamil film industry as his films have been decent fare. Even his dubbed movies have managed to spin good profits for the distributors. With the actor all set to make his comeback in Tamil films through Radha Mohan’s action-adventure ‘Payanam’, the actor’s recent Telugu release ‘Ragada’ is getting released in Tamil as ‘Vambu’. The film is rocking in Andhra Pradesh box office.

The film is about Sathya heading all the way to Chennai from Madurai. He locks horns with Chennai’s deadliest dons and bumps them off one by one. Fascinated by his heroic attempts, a gorgeous girl (played by Anushka) falls in love wit h him. Meanwhile Sathya leaps into a critical situation of saving an innocent girl (Priyamani) and her brother from serious troubles. With the women fervidly falling in love with Sathya, he discovers a shocking truth a big game of Rs. 180Crores has been played on him.

What’s the reason behind Sathya’s mysterious act of locking horns with baddies? Between these girls, who really love him? You’ll have to unravel the suspense watching them over the screens.

Veeru Potla directed this movie that is still running successfully in many theatres of Andhra Pradesh. Murari has handled cinematography with Thaman scoring music to the lyrics of Tamizhamudhan, Pragalaathan, Kargo and Chandiran.
