Jo & I loved ‘Sillu Karuppatti’ – Suriya appreciates Director Halitha for good content!

Earlier announcing that ‘Poovarasam Peepee’ fame director Halitha Shameem is directing an anthology, it was then updated that the same anthology is made as her third movie and is titled ‘Sillu Karuppatti’. However, the team had been receiving appreciations by taking part in several International film festivals much before the release; ‘Sillu Karuppatti’ which had the release this week by the banner of Suriya’s ‘2D Entertainment’ involves ‘OK Kanmani’ fame Leela Samson, Nivedhitaa, Sathish and ‘Deiva Thirumagal’ fame Sara Arjun, Samuthirakani and Sunaina. However, as a distributor of the film after watching the film recently, Suriya had updated in his official twitter handle by appreciating the entire team for the good content by sharing a tweet stating “Jo & I loved #SilluKaruppatti @halithashameem has portrayed human emotions honestly.. Excited with the response of Suriya, Director Halitha had replied for his tweet by thanking and also by stating “I chin up and smile every time I see your name and 2D's logo in the posters. It's like pinching myself to check if it's all for real. People are celebrating the film. Couldn't have been made possible without you, @rajsekarpandian sir and @SakthiFilmFctry sir.” Also, she has added on her tweets by telling “Sir, while making this film, I had a distant dream of you and Jo ma'am watching the film.I used to discuss with my team, how nice it would be if the state's adorable couple could watch and give a byte. What happened for real, is something way beyond my li'l dream.THANK YOU!”

From this update, it seems like the entire team is extremely delighted with the response from everyone for the making of ‘Sillu Karuppatti’ which is also added on to the top level with the appreciation of Suriya and his mention of his wife and actress Jyotika’s liking for the film.
