Bankrolled under the banner of Thai Saravanan’s ‘Nallusamy Pictures’ and directed by Susienthiran, the upcoming film ‘Kennedy Club’ involves Bharathiraja, Sasi Kumar, Soori, Munishkanth, Samuthirakani, debut actress Meenakshi, Gayatri, Neethu, Sowmya, Smrithi, Soundariya and 7 real-time women Kabaddi players in the prominent characters. Launching the audio songs today, ‘Kennedy Club’ has been scheduled to release on August 15th.

When Sasi Kumar had been talking about ‘Kennedy Club’, he had stated that “I am not the hero in ‘Kennedy Club’. The real Kabaddi players who had acted in the film are the real heroes. I have acted in the role of the Kabaddi team’s coach ‘Selvam’ in the film. Bharathiraja sir has acted as ‘Nallusamy’. These players are struggling hard by playing Kabaddi for getting the opportunity of employment and living. They had won in many matches.

I wanted to act in many films like this. I feel so active when I am acting with Bharathiraja sir. I have learned so much from him and Susienthiran has handled him very well. Sharing screen with all these players had been an awesome experience. D Imman’s music will make this film travel to another level. We have also planned to do the second part of this film.”
