Among the top actors in Tollywood, Vijay Devarkonda seems to be the heartthrob of all female fans not only inside the borders of Andhra and Telangana but also in Tamil Nadu as well. However, ‘Dear Comrade’ directed by the debutant Bharat Kamma starring Vijay Devarkonda and Rashmika Mandanna is prepping to release in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam on July 26th, the crew had a brief meeting with the press reporters today in Chennai. While Vijay Devarkonda had addressed the press reporters, he had stated with the phrase in Tamil that, “I thank all the Tamil people for welcoming me even if I am not familiar here. Next to ‘NOTA’, ‘Dear Comrade’ is my second film in Tamil. Due to the title and also other things, many of them are asking if this film is also a political film just like ‘NOTA’. This is not a political film like ‘NOTA’. The story deals with the struggles for getting the rights that a youngster has to have. ‘Dear Comrade’ is all about a young girl who faces many difficulties in unexpected situations with the base of realistic incidents and how she manages all such situations. In this, there is also an essence of love, affection, politics, sorrow, and action.”
With the musical composition of Justin Prabhakaran and with the bankrolling of ‘Mythri Movie Makers’, the cinematography and editing of ‘Dear Comrade’ is done by Sujith Sarang and Sreejith Sarang.
