Joker, Irudhi Suttru and Kabali spin Filmfare Awards

The award winning actors and technicians including best film at 64th Filmfare Awards south look justified and perfect.

The Saturday night was spangled with big stars of the south and it was huge jubilations to see that everyone were like family. Moreover, this year happened to be a much signified scenario of being the best one for best work. Joker has been awarded as the ‘Best Film’ followed by Irudhi Suttru winning three major awards including Madhavan (Best Actor), Ritika Singh (Best Female Actor) and Sudha Kongara (Best Direction). Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada spanned three awards that includes AR Rahman (Best Music), Best debut Female (Manjima Mohan) and Best Lyrics (Thamarai – Thalli Pogathey).

Sai Dhansika bagged Supporting actress for her performance in Kabali and Samuthirakani as Best Supporting Actor Male in Visaranai.

Sundaraayar (Jasminu – Joker) bagged ‘Best Male Playback Singer and Swetha Mohan (Maaya Nadhi – Kabali) gained Best Female Playback Singer.

Suriya was awarded as the ‘Best Actor Male Critic’ for his spellbinding performance in ‘24’ and Trisha for ‘Kodi’.
