AR Murugadoss reveals successor to ‘Simran’

Gautham Karthik starrer ‘Rangoon’ directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy is getting ready for release on June 9 and both the producers at Fox Star Studios and AR Murugadoss have been intensely promoting the film. Yesterday, the audio launch happened herein Chennai, which has musical score by RH Vikram and background score by Vishal Chandrashekar.

Speaking on the occasion of audio release, AR Murugadoss said, “Rajkumar Periyasamy worked with me in movies like Thuppakki. When he decided to make his film, many producers came forward as they know his potentials, but we were privileged to get him onboard for our film. He has exerted more energy into the film and it will be very much evident with the film.”

He continued to add upon newcomer Sana saying, “I am sure actress Sana will be the ultimate successor to the position that Simran has left. I had the privilege of working in the first movie of Simran and Sana has given the same best efforts as Simran in her debut movie.”
