A journey that ends leaving billions in tears. Her soulful involvement in delivering her deeds with passion, dedication and more than anything else, the earnest will power became her colossal gestures that attributed her as the ‘Iron Lady’.

Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalitha passing away last night turned out to be a much deplorable situation for the entire country, where everyone looked upon her as the most adorable icon. Morning across the banks of Cauvery in the blessed land of Mysore on February 24, 1948, J Jayalalitha proved to be an outstanding student with her academic excellence. Being hailed as the Gold medalist in her 10th grade in school, she had the misfortune to miss her higher education and situations urged her to get into movies and from then, she became the overnight reigning queen of South Indian Cinema and even extended her feat towards Bollywood with a classical movie.

She became a crossover heroine, where she broke the stereotypical portrayal of heroines and she came emerging with strong and substantial roles.

In one of her interviews she had said that she always wanted to become a lawyer or academician, but she got into films and then a politician. She strived her best to the end in offering complete dedication to whatever she did.

She has laid a huge foundation of inspiration to every one of good heart, action and deeds, which will keep her immortal for years and ages to come.

We at Top 10 Cinema express our heartfelt condolence over the demise of our honourable Chief Minister J Jayalalitha that her soul might rest in peace.
