Something unusual from an Ajith Kumar album. It’s been a long time we had such a song in an Ajith film album. A beautiful song that renders the emotions of a father and daughter and it came with an emotional package.

After a long hiatus, a full-fledged ‘Gaana’ song picked everyone’s attention and there was something more about the choreography, which made the audiences in high celebration.

Beautiful folk song that keeps ringing on everyone’s play list. Be it the rendition by Vel Murugan and composing by GV Prakash or Karthi’s dance moments, they are simply great.

5. Mental Manathil (O Kadhal Kanmani)

Too simple, urban and trendy! That’s the magical realms of AR Rahman-Mani Ratnam. Although, there wasn’t much in the visuals, the song was highly trending.

6. Dandanakka (Romeo Juliet)

One of the sensational songs of 2015! The making of this video featuring Anirudh, Rokesh and D Imman indeed made it all sensational. A tribute to TR sir and even the lyrical lines were pretty decent.

7. Donu Donu Donu (Maari)

A sudden surprise from the album of ‘Maari’, where all the songs were loud sounded beats, but this one was little trendy and romantic.

8. Yendi Yendi (Puli)

Every time, Vijay renders a song irrespective of what the musical genre is, his fans always spread out the red carpets. Teaming up with Shruthi Haasan, he delivered a mellisonant melody for the composing of Devi Sri Prasad.

9. Thangame (Naanum Rowdydhaan)

A picky song, yet another celebration for Anirudh fans and the picturing with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayantara was incredible indeed. The song is still making the best views on YouTube….

10. Aaluma Doluma (Vedalam)

The year came to an end with a tremendous Chartbuster that made even the non-Tamil speaking groups to party out in Mumbai dance floors. The Goa beaches ring this number across the party moments. This is the powerful impact that Tamil music industry has made through after ‘Kolaveri’ hit.
