Kirumi brings honour to Tamil cinema

Tamil cinema is apparently turning to be more of cynosure as the international recognition has been pouring out over. Recently, films like Kaaka Muttai and Visaranai have been gaining all the honours and now Kirumi becomes the latest one. The film was recently selected for screening at Toronto Reel Film Festival and the latest one is being screened at 17th Mumbai Film Festival. This is the first ever time, a Tamil film is being screened at Mumbai festival and this brings additional honour to us all. The film is directed by Anu Charan and is produced by Rajnikanth’s previous manager who worked with him for 23 years. The film stars Kathir and Reshmi Menon in lead roles with a decorous star-cast that includes Thenvannan, Yogi Babu, David Solomon, Dheena, Naan Mahaan Alla Mahendran and many others in important roles.
