Studio Green K.E. Gnanavel Raja has finally experienced the sigh of relief as his recent release ‘Komban’ in spite of many huge hurdles manages to become the winner in box office, disappointing the so-called groups that incessantly created problems for some reasons. Finally, rejoicing over the grand success of this film, the producer along with his crew members met the media channels at success meet and during this occasion said, “Very rarely we see films based on rural backdrops in Tamil cinema. Whenever I meet director Muthaiah during ‘Komban’ project, I would ask him to vacate Chennai and go to his home village for writing the script. I told so because the city lifestyle would surely pollute him with ‘Five Star’ hotel discussions and so on of the things that would deteriorate the essence of naturalistic village essence that is prevalent now in him.”
