Bangalore Days remake gets ‘Bommarillu’ touch

Malayalam cinema undoubtedly has carved a niche by churning out some of the best releases this year and has garnered huge response even outside the Kerala territories. Especially, the recent release ‘Bangalore Days’ directed by Anjali Menen has witnessed an unbelievable success in box office. The film released with subtitles has made the results get beyond our imaginations. The film boasted of ensemble star-cast that includes Dulquer Salman, Nivin Pauly, Fahadh Faasil, Nazriya Nazim, Parvathi, Nithya Menen and many others. PVP Cinemas and Dil Raju have now acquired the remake rights of this film in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Bommarillu fame Baskaran has been signed to wield the megaphone for Tamil and Telugu versions. This marks the debut directorial of Baskaran in Kollywood and discussions are on to cast the young league of actors in this film.
