There was a time when we all missed AR Murugadoss badly in Kollywood as the gates of Bollywood were opened to him. He came back to Tamil industry with the film ‘7aam Arivu’ that was a blockbuster movie followed by a stupendous flick ‘Thuppakki’ and has now completed shooting for its Hindi remake ‘Holiday’ starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles. Now the director is vigorously shooting for his next titled ‘Kaththi’ with Ilayathalapathy Vijay.

The director was so spotted elated during the success meet of his recent production ‘Maan Karate’ that is sweeping huge profit in the box office now. Speaking during the occasion, AR Murugadoss uttered, “Many feel that comedy movies are easy to make. But kindly understand we all struggle to make comedy movies just as it happens in an action flick. In fact , action genres are little easy as the low angle shots and a background score can diminish some drawbacks, but timings become an intriguing factor in keeping the comedy flicks more engaged. I am happy that the response to Maan Karate has been tremendous and we are so much about the feedback of critics and audiences.”
