The hero arrives to Tamil Nadu as a refugee from Sri Lanka. Here, he gets to meet a rowdy police and a tiff ensues. Following this, the policeman in question decides to do away with Ajith by killing him in a fake encounter. As per his plans, the policeman connects Ajith to a local gang of diamond smugglers and the hero unwittingly goes to Chennai with the diamonds only to get caught by the police. But Ajith kills the policemen and takes the diamonds safely to Ilavarasu, the concerned party. He then becomes a trusted aide of Ilavarasu and stays with him doing all the odd jobs that are given to him. Sensing that Ajith is talented, Ilavarasu introduces him to the Goan smuggler Sudanshu Pande. He makes Ajith his right hand and gets a lot of work done through him. On his trip to Georgia to buy weapons, Ajith gets to meet the main villain Vidyut Jamval. He bargains with Vidyut to complete the jobs that Sudanshu doesn’t mention and this creates a rift between Ajith and Sudanshu. Later, Ajith gets into the weapons business all by himself. When Sudanshu tries to foil his attempts, he is killed and Ajith becomes the Don. Vidyut Jamval and Don Ajith continue to bargain but couldn’t finalise the deal. Following this, Vidyut tries to kill Ajith. What Ajith does next is the climax that all of us know…
